I Built The Adult Chair® Because I Needed It Myself.
After 25 years as a licensed therapist, I saw the same pattern: people who understood their lives could not change them. The gap between knowing and becoming was costing them everything.
For years, I was on my own quest—taking every course and reading every book I could find just to learn how to even like myself.
So I created a methodology that bridges simple psychology with grounded spirituality — real transformation, in the body, in daily life.
I believe I am a bridge between the psychology that explains your patterns and the deeper truth of who you have always been. My work is not about fixing you. It is about helping you remember yourself.
