The TAC Coaches Mentorship Program, exclusively for Adult Chair Certified Coaches, is a way for you to continue growing as a coach and entrepreneur with personalized mentorship from me and my team.
This six-month program, kicking off in July, will make sure you get started on the right foot and that your first year in business is a success!

You will get monthly support and guidance on your coaching skills and growing your business while staying connected to a community of fellow coaches all working to launch and grow their skills and their business.
One monthly mentoring call with Michelle, Founder & CEO
Coaches in the mentorship program will get access to one 60-minute group call with Michelle and other coaches in the program. This is a chance to ask questions about best practices, client challenges, Adult Chair tools or anything related to coaching and clients.
Ongoing Referrals
The best way to grow a business is word of mouth, and as requests for coaches come in to The Michelle Chalfant Company, we will prioritize you for referrals as a mentored coach.
One monthly business coaching call with Sarah, COO
You will also get one 60-minute group call with Sarah where you can ask any questions about marketing and business strategy. Get insight into operations, content creation, social media, the best systems and tools and more.
One quarterly business brainstorming session with Michelle and Sarah
In this two-hour group call, we will dream bigger together and brainstorm ways you can grow your business. You can bring any and all ideas you have to the table, and together, we will give you feedback, help you focus on the right and best next steps, advise you on how you can level up and help you put your ideas into action!
Free TAC Tribe Membership
Get a free monthly membership to the TAC Tribe for as long as you’re active in the mentorship program.
Priority consideration for volunteering at workshops, other programs and events.
Gain even more exposure among potential clients at TAC events and workshops. We will introduce you at the beginning of every event as a TAC Coach and will have specific roles for you during the live event that will help you to really get to know and connect with the participants.
